ktl.pl was founded in 2005, it’s family company with 100% polish shareholders' equity. Our main field of activity is e-coating, which is one of the best ways of protection against corrosion the parts made of steel, cast iron, alloy and aluminum.
The tact e-coating plant we use, is fully automatic operated by electronic controllers provided by FESTO. In a production process we use the chemical components supplied by Henkel and BASF. High quality materials we use ensures wide range of coating thickness (15-40 µm), high salt-spray resistance and a possibility of coating a wide range of materials thanks to variable baking temperature.
Comparing to other methods of painting, e-coating provides important advantages in terms of:
- environmental acceptability,
- high painting efficiency (with UF),
- excellent corrosion protection (up to 1000h in salt spray chamber test),
- good throwing power,
- even film thickness,
- high degree of automation.
ktl.pl cooperates mainly with the companies from automotive industry, but we’re also familiar with other industries such like: agriculture, machine building, furniture, medical and others.
The company was successfully certificated with the quality managing system ISO 9001:2000 in march 2006.
